Frame & Timbers
Sustainably sourced, our Russian Larch Hardwood Timbers are used throughout our designs, to ensure a strong, sturdy frame structure that is ever lasting, yet environmentally friendly. Our hardwoods are Kiln Dried prior to construction, to ensure a high degree of strength and durability to handle life's journey.

Cushions & Seating
Our cushions, and seating surpass industry retail standards to delivery a beautiful, and enduring lounge experience. Our seat cushions feature high-resiliency foam wrapped with polyfiber; coordinating back cushions are all polyfiber. All of our foams are hand wrapped in Dacron Fibre, increasing comfort and appearance for many years.

Cushion Profile
The Original Cloud Classic features a distinctive blend of 70% RDS-certified down and 30% blown polyester fiber. This signature fill—handcrafted and exclusive to Banana Home—delivers a cloud-like seating experience while offering the structural support expected from a high-quality sofa. Unlike mass-produced alternatives, our cushions are substantially heavier with more fill and the correct ratios for the best experience, thoughtfully composed using premium down and fiber to ensure lasting comfort and durability for years to come. Cheap knock offs do exist, but we can be sure they won't last.
Three layers of high-density foam are applied around the frame and key surface areas of the Cloud Sofa, enhancing its structural resilience and long-term integrity. The Cloud Classic also incorporates 12-gauge steel non-sag springs, ensuring the frame retains its shape and support without sagging over time.
Shipping
While all of our pieces are handmade, we do carry stock, so not every order requires a production time. Depending on your selection, some items may be ready for immediate dispatch, while others may have a lead time based on their build.
In-Stock Orders
If you’re located in a capital city, in-stock items typically arrive within 2–14 business days. For regional areas, delivery generally takes 10–25 business days. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out — our team is always happy to assist.
Out-of-Stock / Custom-Made Orders
Custom and made-to-order pieces take approximately 12–14 weeks to manufacture. Our Custom Order Program gives you access to our best designs, tailored specifically for your home, at trade-direct pricing. Each piece is handcrafted in-house by a team of 12 skilled artisans, ensuring direct control over quality, comfort, and pricing. Once your order is placed, production begins immediately with careful attention to every detail.

Returns
We want every customer to fall in love with their new couch. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can send it back. We’re proud to have one of the lowest return rates in the industry — less than 0.6% of all orders, compared to the industry average of 4.9%.

Our June collection lives up to its title, delivering lounge-worthy comfort all day long, with our brand new Natural Latex seating core, meaning you can now own the Cloud comfort, without the need to 'fluff'. This gorgeous collection looks put together with fully removable slipcovers, structured cushions, and textured, stain-resistant fabric.

How long does delivery take?
If your item is in stock, delivery can be as quick as 24-48 hours from the time you place your order.
For pre-order items, delivery times will be indicated on the Delivery Estimated window at the top of this page. If you are ordering something that is custom made, we require around 12 to 14 weeks to complete production. All custom orders require a 15% deposit to initiation the production process and the balance is due just before delivery.
If you are unsure about the delivery time, or would like to clarify this with a member of our team before placing an order, we encourage you to reach out to us before hand so we can assist in providing you with the most accurate answer!
What happens if I don't like it?

Do you offer financing?
In addition to Credit Card and Direct Deposit, we offer flexible payment plans to suit your needs. You can choose from our in-house deposit system or select from the following providers:

These options are available during the checkout process on our website. Please note: due to regulatory requirements, all Humm payments must be processed over the phone. Afterpay has a $2,000 limit — if your total purchase (including shipping) exceeds this amount and you'd like to use Afterpay, please contact us and we’ll assist in splitting your payment.
